Tell us what happened

Every report feeds the accessibility index. It takes about three minutes, and anything that is not required is marked.

The match

For example: Maccabi Tel Aviv v Beitar Jerusalem

If you remember. This is what makes a sightline claim checkable.

What happened

What happened from the moment you decided to go until you left. We publish the text as written, correcting spelling only.

Photos from the stand(optional)

A photo of your sightline is the strongest evidence the index has. One photo says more than any description.

Up to 6 photos, each up to 8 MB. Most useful: the view from your seat towards the pitch, plus parking, an entrance gate or the toilets if something went wrong there.

Most important: what you can and cannot see from that seat. That is what makes the photo evidence, and it is also what lets a blind or low-vision reader understand it.

The scores(required)

This is the heart of the index, so all five need an answer. If you did not come across something at that match, mark "didn't encounter this" rather than giving a score. A gap beats a guess. The explanation for each score is optional.
